San Sebastian, Spain (1-2 October 2024)
The two-day event, which took place at Vicomtech headquarters in San Sebastian (Spain) on the 1st and 2nd of October, welcomed members of the Consortium to present their plans for the last year of the project and discuss certain topics between the different representatives in dedicated workshops.
On the first day, the project coordinator Stefan de Vries, introduced the general planning for the last twelve months, followed by a strategic presentation on the next steps for the completion of the CCAM Safety Assurance Framework, and presentations on its method, toolchain, ontology, data framework, demonstration and more. Lastly, the SYNERGIES project was introduced by Jordi Pont Rañé and Olaf Op den Camp. The SYNERGIES project, which started this past June, is complementary to the SUNRISE project, and will generate interoperable, federated scenario databases.
The morning of the last day of the General Assembly was dedicated to the Safety Assurance Framework explanation and demonstration plans workshops, igniting many interesting discussions between partners. The event concluded with two workshops on the Data Framework Demos and alignment with the work package on cooperation with international vehicle safety bodies.
